CUSTOMER CARE

We pride ourselves on baking the best goodies and delivering the best service.  We can't control orders once they leave our shop; however, we will do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied. If your items arrive damaged due to the delivery, that isn't something we can control. However, we do ship with insurance, so we can process a request for payment through the Post Office or UPS, depending on how your items are shipped.

We are able to produce beautiful, custom goodies in very large quantities, depending on the time frame we are given.  We encourage you to reach out well in advance (even several months) for orders over 100 items.
